At the end of last year, we at PhotoFab conducted crowdfunding.
During crowdfunding, we adjust the colors and expressions so that each important photo received from our supporters is woven into Nishijin-ori.
So that you can keep your happy memories locked away so they don't fade.
We carefully weave each piece one by one.
We have been receiving a lot of happy feedback from everyone we've been able to contact, and we'd like to share with you some of the stories of those who answered the questions.

Photofab arrived at the beginning of the year.
I really like the beautiful Nishijin textile, which sparkles in the sunlight and changes its appearance depending on the viewing angle.
This time, the Nishijin Ori items we received were two beloved dogs who have brought many happy times to our home.
Kenta and Kurumi, miniature dachshunds, have been our family's idols for 16 years and 17 and a half years, respectively.
Kenta (black) passed away the year before last, leaving him with only Kurumi, so the family decided to take a photo of the two of them and make it into a photo fab.
When I showed Kurumi the item that had arrived, she sniffed it, looked at it, and looked very interested.
I was worried about where to display it. The sparkle is beautiful, and the shading changes depending on the angle.
Therefore, I decided to display it on the stairs leading from the entrance to the living room so that I could enjoy it while walking through the place I pass many times every day, so that its expression changes as I move deeper into the room.
This spring, Kurumi died of old age and reached the end of her natural life.
The whole family was grieving, but every time I passed by PhotoFab, my elementary school-age grandchild said,
“Ken-chan, Ku-chan, let’s go!”
"I'm home"
Everyone is gradually returning to their daily lives, thinking, ``Ah, you've been watching over me as family.''
I felt warmth in the profound shine of Nishijin textile. Their expressions look more lively, and I feel like I'm reliving fond memories of the time I spent with them.
I was so happy to see the precious memories of my family come back to me in such a wonderful form, and I'm so glad I found the service called PhotoFab.
